Dr. Joanne Sotelo is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience, a mind fitness coach, and a trusted expert in trauma, nervous system regulation, and physician well-being. As the founder of The Harmonized Healer, a USA Today-featured program, she has helped hundreds of women in medicine reconnect with themselves, restore their energy, and create sustainable success beyond the demands of their careers.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Joanne brings a deep understanding of cultural values, identity, and the unique pressures many women navigate both inside and outside of medicine.
